Training

Kabule – the Wise leader announces training programs from time to time for professionals in the development, corporate and educational sectors. The courses are conducted by senior Nepali as well as international trainers.
We organized three batches of Leadership and Team Building courses in 2006 and 2007 in which organization chiefs and senior executives from Save the Children, VSO, USAID and DFID projects, NEWAH and many Nepali NGO professionals participated. The events were a great success as many of the participants have reported that the course has enhanced the effectiveness of their work and lives. (It’s not only the quality of the training, we are just as concerned with the impact of the training on practical life situations of the participants.) For now, we announce the following courses: 1. Inspiring Leader-Facilitator and Team Building – 30th November to 3rd December, 2008. Completed 2. Facilitation skills (Date not decided) 3. Stress Management – Four days (Date not decided) 4. Organizational Development - June 15-19, 2008 (5 Days) Completed 5. Social Mobilization – Strategy for Social Transformation - July 27-31, 2008 (5 Days) Completed Fourth Coming Courses We will very soon be announcing the following courses: 1.
